| Description: | WeWebU OpenWorkdesk is an application suite for creating content-centric business applications. Based on major Enterprise Content Management (ECM) repositories from IBM, Alfresco and any CMIS-compliant ones it facilitates efficient transactional content management. Since 2010, the German software manufacturer commits itself to an open source business model, providing a (trimmed down) community edition of its software alongside its commercial Pro and Enterprise offerings.
The software is used by a number of large banks (e. g. HSBC, Hamburger Sparkasse, UniCredit Leasing) and insurances (e. g. Visana, Sympany, SUVA) as well as in the public sector (e. g. several US state, federal and local agencies).
