General Interface is a toolset and framework to enable the rapid creation of reliable Ajax applications, components and portlets with the look and feel of desktop graphical user interface applications. The software consists of the General Interface Framework (Application deployment and runtime) and the General Interface Builder (Application design and development). The project is led by TIBCO. General Interface can run without an application server.
